By placing an order with FrostWrist, you agree to the terms below.
Where We Ship
We ship worldwide to most countries. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or parcel lockers. An adult signature is required for every delivery.
Processing Times (before shipping)
• In-stock items: 2-4 Business Days
• Custom / made-to-order items: 21-30 business days
Notes: Processing times do not include transit times. Orders flagged for verification (address, payment, or high value) may require additional time. If we contact you for confirmation and receive no reply, your order may be delayed or canceled.
Estimated Transit Times (after dispatch)
• USA (Standard): 4-7 business days
• EU/UK (Standard): 4–7 business days
• Canada (Standard): 5-12 business days
• Australia/NZ (Standard): 7-11 business days
• Rest of World (Standard): 10–20 business days
Express Shipping (when available): USA & EU only, 2–4 business days transit. Express is offered only for in-stock items and begins after the processing window above.

• Express (US & EU only, in-stock items): Available at checkout for an additional fee
Final options and any express fees are shown before payment.
Order Splits
To ship faster, items in the same order may dispatch separately at no extra cost. Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
Order Tracking
All shipments are fully trackable. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is fulfilled. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the label is created.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and fees once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in item price or shipping unless explicitly stated at checkout. We cannot expedite customs processing or refund orders refused due to unpaid duties/taxes.
Address Accuracy, Delivery Attempts & Signature
• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout; we cannot change addresses after fulfillment.
• Signature is required for all orders. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice for redelivery or pickup.
• If a parcel is returned to sender due to missed delivery attempts, refusal, or address issues, we can reship (shipping at your expense) or refund products once received back and inspected, excluding original shipping/handling and any carrier or customs fees.
“Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking shows Delivered:

Check with household members, building management/concierge, or neighbors.

Look for safe-place/locker notices.

Wait 24–48 hours for potential carrier follow-ups.

Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Because every order requires a signature, a carrier scan as Delivered with a captured signature will be considered completed delivery. Theft or loss after delivery is not covered.
Shipping Insurance (included)
All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit until delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is declared lost by the carrier prior to delivery, email contact.frostwrist@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date or the estimated delivery date. To maintain the integrity of our insurance claims, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory for all damange or missing items report. The video must start with the sealed parcel showing the shipping label and continue through the entire opening and inspection process, plus your order and tracking numbers. Insurance does not cover theft after delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We can usually update or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase if it has not been fulfilled. After fulfillment, changes are not possible. Email contact.frostwrist@gmail.com immediately with your order number and request.
Couriers
We partner with leading global and local carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, DPD, GLS, BRT/Poste). The carrier is selected automatically based on destination and service level.
Packaging
We use discreet, protective packaging. Complimentary FrostWrist gift-ready packaging is included at no extra cost.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, strikes, natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or customs holds).
